Build stronger meetings, teams, and outcomes—through intentional, reflective facilitation. Kahuina’s Formative Facilitation* specialized approach helps individuals and organizations strengthen how they plan, lead, and reflect on meetings and group processes. Through guided practice, coaching, and feedback, participants learn to design and facilitate sessions that foster trust, collaboration, and shared ownership. Unlike traditional “presentation-based” training, formative facilitation is experiential and developmental. It’s about learning by doing. Participants facilitate real scenarios, receive peer and mentor feedback, and apply structured reflection to improve their facilitation practice over time.
Key features of Formative Facilitation include:
Interactive workshops and live practice sessions
Feedback and reflection using formative learning methods
Focus on group dynamics, communication, and decision-making
Opportunities for one-on-one coaching and personalized growth plans
Tools and templates for designing effective meetings
Any professional, team member, leader, and/or individual interested in strengthening facilitation, meeting design, collaboration, and change management skills in dynamic or cross-sector environments will benefit from Formative Facilitation.
